Allana was first a part of Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering numerous knee injuries throughout many years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana had her first ever women's rugby union game which was held with New South Wales in 2013 and was the main focus of the match that was played against Queensland.
